    hi teacher:

    in this moment i´m looking the video of the class
    and i think what this is very important for we comunication in informal situations..... i can lern the next: "the thanks and apologies are a part essecencial of the speak english becouse trough this expressions we can to offer apologies and thanks in diferents siuations!!!!!"
